Misha Labs is an independent software studio that develops browser extensions, web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and Notion templates. This policy covers mishalabs.com, all subdomains (including browse.mishalabs.com), and all Misha Labs product websites.

• Run analytics or tracking scripts

Some of our software products (web apps, browser extensions) may require account creation. Those products collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service — typically an email address and application-specific data that you create. Software products — Paddle

Subscriptions and purchases for our software products are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe or purchase, Paddle collects your payment information directly. We do not see or store your credit card details. We receive your email address, country, and transaction details to provide and manage your subscription.

Notion templates — Gumroad

Notion template purchases are processed through Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. Gumroad collects your payment information directly. We receive your email address and purchase details to deliver the product. We do not see or store your credit card information.

Third-Party Services

• Paddle — Payment processing for software subscriptions (Merchant of Record)

• Supabase — Backend infrastructure for web applications (data stored in your region)
• Vercel / Cloudflare — Website hosting (may log IP addresses per their policies)
• Google Fonts — Font delivery (subject to Google's privacy policy)

Data Storage & Security

Where our products store user data, we use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Application data is stored on Supabase with row-level security policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Export your data in a portable format
