1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of all products and services offered by Misha Labs, including software applications (browser extensions, web apps, mobile apps, APIs) and digital downloads (Notion templates). By purchasing or using any Misha Labs product, you agree to these terms.

Individual products may have their own supplementary terms on their respective websites; those terms apply in addition to these general terms.

2. Software Products

Scope

Misha Labs develops and distributes software products including browser extensions, web applications, mobile applications, and APIs. Some products offer free tiers; others require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

License

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software
  • You may use it for personal or professional purposes
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software
  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software

Subscriptions

Where a product offers subscription pricing, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Notion Templates

What you get

When you purchase a Notion template, you receive a link to duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace. This is a digital product — no physical items are shipped.

License

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the template
  • You may use it for personal or business purposes
  • You may modify and customize the template for your own use
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template link with others
  • You may not claim the template design as your own work for resale

Notion Dependency

Templates require a Notion account (free or paid). Misha Labs is not affiliated with Notion. If Notion changes their platform in a way that affects template functionality, we are not responsible but will make reasonable efforts to update affected templates.

4. Payments

Misha Labs uses different payment processors depending on the product type:

Software products — Paddle

Subscriptions and one-time purchases for software products (browser extensions, web apps, APIs) are processed through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the legal seller responsible for payment processing, sales tax, and VAT compliance.

  • All prices are displayed in USD and may be converted to your local currency by Paddle
  • Paddle handles invoicing, receipts, and tax compliance globally
  • Paddle's terms: paddle.com/legal/terms

Notion templates — Gumroad

Notion template purchases are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions.

  • All template prices are in USD
  • Payment is due at time of purchase

5. Refund Policy

Software products

If you are unsatisfied with a software subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle. To request a refund, email contact@mishalabs.com or use the Paddle receipt link.

Notion templates

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied — email us and we'll process it, no questions asked. After duplicating and extensively modifying a template, refund eligibility is at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All Misha Labs products — including software source code, template designs, UI/UX, documentation, and content — are the intellectual property of Misha Labs. Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership. The data and content you create using our products is yours.

7. Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is." While we strive for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Products are software tools designed for productivity and organization — they do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Misha Labs' total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product (or the most recent subscription payment, for recurring products). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated date.
